Who we are?
In 2003, with the sparkling ideas and objective to introduce new construction technology to the reconstruction industry which will be beneficial in the near future, a group of well-known people who have been working in this industry for years consisting the experts from many fields such as innovative structure repair and strengthening, financial and investment, and management of large scale construction projects, formulation of the modern technology of structural evaluation, engineering design, chemical construction material expertise, verification and load testing are assembled. With the objective above, IETL Company Limited was founded since then.

The first project under the supervision and construction of IETL was the design and buildproject to repair and to reinforce the seventy(70) concrete bridges over the canal in Bangkok. The challenge was some bridges were built for over 100 years with a very limited of load design criteria and serious deterioration of the structure. It was noticeable meanwhile the structure capabilities of the bridges were dramatically reduced according to preload testing. In addition the vehicle capacity is improving from time to time to handle the heavier weight of carrying due to the survival from business competition. Moreover with the traffic condition, it was not allowed to loss any traffic lane for recovering the prescribed problems
In order to achieve the best result and accomplish the project  under the restrictions such as   traffic constraint and original structural design of the bridges, new innovation and technology of various chemical construction materials, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) together with modern design technique were selected and applied with this project. And of course the operation of traffic was remaining without any impact. The Finite Element Model Analysis (FEM) performing to indicate the existing capacities prior to its reconstruction work and incremental of its structure capacity wasincorporated during detailed design stage.
During the executions, we brought new innovation  to repair and to replenish the bridges by implementing the innovative materials called Composite Materials such as Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). Our advanced engineering methodology, the physical dynamic and static load testing, were warranted and accepted in terms of applying and adapting innovative construction technology by reputable universities, where engineering is well-known.
